Hi I just bought a M2 and was looking at some internet pics of other M2s and noticed some people have the X1 tail on there M2 . How can this be done do they just swap out or is it more evasive ? My bike is a 2001 | ||

You can't just olt on an X1 tail section, as the M2 doesn't have a removeable subframe (it is welded on the M2). You would have to cut off your existing subframe then weld on some mounting lugs to attch the X1 subframe. You can however fit the S1 tail quite easily, although you have to cut the back of your subframe off to do it. | ||
