Waiting for her rider: I thought my dirty old Buell looked particularly good yesterday afternoon. It's been getting twice the miles on it since working farther away. Seems I'm either changing fluids, tires, making adjustments, or fixing the odd worn out part. |

So after working past the Mad Max references, what's the line running into the can cover on the back side of the oil filter? Not trying to be rude or anything its not my taste but hey its also not my bike. |

The big line is additional crankcase ventilation. There's an XR750 oil baffle, a PCV valve, and a catch can attached to it. The rear brake is set up that way for Buell's race rearsets.
The front brake runs an adapter on the off side for another Nissin caliper.

You've said your swingarm is an inch longer correct? That's all around a great buell you have there! |

Just wanted to add, have you considered the Banke big axle kit? seems like it would go right along with the rest of the improvements... |

What kind of master cylinder do you run with the dual front brakes? The more I look at your bike the more I like it ..... |

That front end is beautiful! get a penske on it and you will be done. |

I have definitely considered the big axle kit...and continue to put it off... One of these years, I hope. Maybe when I have another bike. It's a standard 5/8 master cylinder, the same one that used to work the big PM caliper it came with. The Showa has RaceTech internals and works quite well. It's just not nearly as nice looking as a Penske or even Works for that matter. |
