Hello All, I just bought my first bike, a '95 Buell S2 Thunderbolt. There are a couple of things that need to be fixed though. One, the main thing, is that the carburetor needs to be rebuilt. I was wondering if anyone lives near the Waukesha, WI area and does any private work and willing to fix this for me? Of course I am willing to pay. Otherwise, someone did tell me that it is a fairly easy job to rebuild a carb so if anyone can tell me where to find directions in a step by step process that would be great. Some other things that the bike needs is possibly the signal light rewiring, ignition switch fix/replace, and the bike seems to be dragging in the rear wheel. I'm thinking the brakes are tight or something. Lastly, the bike didn't come with any owners manual or service manual, so is there somewhere I can find a hard copy or pdf? I really appreciate any help. |

Between an owners manual and this Forum you should be able to do it. Check here or of course other web sites (EBAY)to get a manual. Welcome. |

Don't forget YouTube, I'm amazed at all the How To's posted. Also search on Sportster forums, same carb, lot more users. |
