Someone has what appears to be a complete S3, lacking motor, on the Orange County Craigslist. Might be useful to someone here. NOT MINE! http://orangecounty.craigslist.org/mcy/3795024330. html |

That is nice , you keeping an eye on it ? I have a 2000 X1 engine and trans in my garage but that price seems a bit high ? I am thinking about half that price would be good , or am I off ? |

You're off. VERY rare to find a "chopped" frame WITH a title. With an engine...this could be a legal motorcycle again without much paperwork hassle at all. I see a saddlebag mount as well. Might also have bags. |

If he has a legit engine with good #'s it will go through, as long as they didn't use the #s already for the chopper. (Message edited by k12pilot on May 09, 2013) |

I myself think it seems high, I have bought 2 bikes an S1 and S3T in the same condition with clean titles for about half that. I just noticed wheelie bar mounts. (Message edited by Blks1l on May 10, 2013) |
