Just got a big one on my brand new rear tyre. A 4 x 70mm nail. At least its in a good position and was not a hard point screw. These things can kill a tyre as they make a very jagged hole that will not seal at all. I have used these Cargol "Turn and Go" things before. Screw them in, snap off the key and blow up the tire. Easy and fast as long as you can find the hole that is.

I've used the 'gooey string' plug kits with great success I went thru a pack of plugs on my truck in one year! I think the neighbor kids had it out for me ... My garden was trampled, water hose and buell bicycle cable lock cut and bicycles stolen. That turn and go looks neat, but I don't know how hard you can push on it. Some tires can be hard to get the plugs in thru the cable ply |

It would be real nice if you could buy the "Turn N Go" piece with out buying the kits. |

That's a cool gizmo, never seen one like that. One of those "why didn't I think of that?" Do have to use glue with it, or just insert the way it is? |
