After 3 years of enjoying my Uly I'm still very happy with it and I don't see which bike could give me more riding fun at the moment. Well, maybe I change my mind after the new 1125AX is available in the Netherlands   Last week I replaced the slappy front springs with progressive springs from hyperpro (I did'nt test it yet) and now I'm thinking to do a cosmetic update too. I had black wheels on my '08 XT, and preferred the color to the (Titanium? Bronze?) color of the wheels on my '06 X. The black wheels show dirt much more readily, but when they're clean and polished, they look much nicer. As far as what color air box cover; which do you prefer? Both look good. | ||

I prefer the black wheels too. I have had both colors. My 2008 was all black when I bought it and I converted it to red. Black was stealthy but I wanted it to pop. I like your last picture with the orange air cover and black wheels the best. | ||

I think I'll start painting the airbox cover yellow with the black buell decals. Maybe next year I go shopping for a second pair of wheels in black so I can put tkc tires on the original wheels for some offroad adventures |
