This reminds me of when the coach has the team psyched and they try to rush out onto the field.. and the lockeroom door is LOCKED..

Got my cable, downloaded and installed ECMSPY on the laptop, brought it out to the garage and set in up on a rolling table, plugged in the diag cable and BOOM

CANNOT LOCATE DRIVERS FOR TTL232R-3V3, insert disk..

I don't have one! I seached for drivers and found this: http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm

and tried to use those but so far no joy

Ideas? Suggestions are most welcome!

i am not sure what version of ecmspy you are using i am using 1.12.27 the old version and have never had any problems, is that the one you are using or the newer one.

There is an .exe file, running that will solve all your problems.
