Anyone notice any benefit or coolant temp difference after installing Engine Ice. I still have a few drops of coolant weep from the water pump weep hole only when the bike gets hot in traffic on a warm day and wondering if the reduction of temp from Engine Ice will help me get by a bit longer before I have to replace the water pump seal. I have 3,000 miles on the 09 1125CR now and would like to make it to 12,000 miles and do the water pump, plugs, valve check, frame insulation, all at the same time. thanks, Mort |

I've tried water wetter when I had my '08 and it didn't seem to do anything, haven't tried it on my '09 but doesn't heat like my '08 did. I think that's due to the EBR tuner and the frame tape. Btw. This is not just a buell thing, my friend has an apprillia rsv Mille that heats worse than my 1125r and another friend has an '06 cbrr 1000 and it blows heat right up your butt and back. |
