So I hooked up a cheap walmart battery to my 09 1125R... Like a rookie I did not check to ensure that the terminals matched with the original HD(Harley Davidson) one. It blew about four fuses all at once. I now have a HD battery and all is well except I blow the Ignition Fuse every time I turn the key. The lights and all work great when i turn the key into "park" mode; but blows the fuse as soon as I put it into the "On" position to start the bike. Can someone please tell me what wires specifically i need to check that is causing the short? Thank you! |
