They went into my partners lot last week and ripped off 10 cat converters from all the motorhomes he had parked there. They followed me into a storage lot once, and they were looking to steal my Weld wheels on my 1997 F350- they cost 1200 bucks apiece and they wouldn't fit anything in the UK- just wanted them for scrap. Cops can't do anything with them, and if you beat them up, 30 will come back and you can't own a gun there. Losing situation there. Problem with the travelers is that they're really persistent, when they want it, they'll get it, they'll follow you around and let the air out of your tires so you leave it- trick is- NEVER LEAVE IT! The gas trick they do on truckers as well, most chain their doors shut at night. Its crazy. I made special ventilation fans on 12V to pump circulated fresh air in and out so I won't get knocked out. I have knives and shotguns in Europe, and will use either or my feet/knees if someone comes in. Translated as "please come in..."
