and it's still not charging. i put the new plug on the bike side to. put the wires on the same side that the old plug had them on in relation to the lock on the plug. do i have them backwards or should i be looking to replace the stator now as well. |

also does anyone know the readings i should bet reading from the stator itself with a meter. just like to check it out before i tear into it. thanks |

The second post down has the details you are after to test the Stator: http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/384 2/673923.html?1333232764 The ground side of the regulator output connector is connected to the body of the regulator so if you disconnect that plug a quick resistance check will tell you which regulator wire should match the black wire on the loom side. |
