Motorcycle authors Mark Gardiner and Ed Milich will be appearing at select motorcycle shops in December as they make their way across the West Coast of the US. The Riding Men book tour begins in San Francisco with stops at Moto Marin (San Rafael) on Friday Dec 11, and Werkstatt (downtown San Francisco) on Saturday Dec 12 and continues on to Seattle with stops
at the Cretins Clubhouse on Dec 14 and Ride West BMW on Dec 15, then on to Portland with stops at Moto Corsa on Dec 16, and Vicious Cycle on Dec 17.

For each of these dates, both Gardiner and Milich will read from their books,
followed by a book sale and signing.

Refreshments will be provided at each event - admission is free.

As a bonus, Milich and Gardiner will give away a special signed book to each "author's choice" for the most interesting motorcycle in attendance at each event.

A flyer for the book tour is online at http://wrenched.guzzitech.com/booktour.jpg

California motorcycle journalist Mark Gardiner has a ubiquitous presence in motorsports publishing. His work has appeared in Road Racer X, Bike, Classic Bike, MotoLegende, Cycle Canada, Cycle World and many other magazines. His recently published book Riding Man documents his experiences qualifying for and racing in the 2002 Isle of Man TT races after quitting his day job as an ad executive. Riding Man accompanies the acclaimed film One Man's Island (produced and directed by Peter Riddihough), which was based on these experiences. Riding Man is available from www.ridingman.com .

Wrenched, Man and Machine, the first book from Los Angeles writer Ed Milich, documents Milich's motorcycle racing, wrenching and riding experiences in largely unrhymed free verse and plain, unadorned English. Milich is a contributor to Motorcyclist Magazine, Sports Car Market Magazine, a national roadracing champion (WSMC,AHRMA) proprietor of motorcycle websites Guzzitech.com, Ducpower.com, Bimotacagiva.com, and Motobastard.com and a professional Mechanical Engineer. In March of 2009, Milich debuted Wrenched at the Daytona International Speedway Bike Week Vintage races where he punctuated the book release by winning all four out of his four races on his Ducati Pantah and Moto Guzzi V65. Wrenched, Man and Machine is 142 pages and is available at www.wrenchedbook.com
