I didn't go to HD or order from anyone, I'm good friends with Eddie Trotta at Thunder in Ft Lauderdale and he had one that they'd ordered and the guy didn't pick it up, so I bought it. It was on the shelf for 120 bucks and he gave it to me for his cost- $72. When I took out the old one, it was with some space on each side, the new one I had to squeeze in. It fits but really snug. Only thing I remember from the box was FJ on it. Its a Drag Specialties battery, which who knows where its made and by who, but Eddie uses them in all his bikes when they're new- including cranking the big stuff- 131ci and 124ci S&S engines. I'm pretty confident of what he buys for his own stuff- if you want to check them out- www.thundercycle.com Anybody have the same experience? I'm guessing the battery in it was possibly too small? |

IIRC, the Drag AGM battery dealer cost is about $72 and it's rated for 200CCA. It's the same rating as the HD battery. IT should be the same size as the HD battery, unless he gave you a sportster battery |
