I have noticed a pinging noise coming from the bike when I reach higher rpms. I do not hear the pinging noise when I ride normal at lower rpms but when I really get on it, it starts making a pinging noise at the higher rpms. It sounds similar to when you run low octane gas in your car and the engine starts pinging. I run 93 octane in the bike at all times. Is there something I should look at or be doing differently? I am getting ready to do my first track day with it and I am trying to make sure I don't have any issues. |

Check your static timing and CPS sensor for damage and 0/5 position using ECMspy. |
