Hey Guys, Fitted some ASV levers from Mike today and noticed that when I pull the clutch fully in with the bike in gear its still dragging. Adjusted the levers up and down but no difference. Actually gets to 8mph with the clutch fully in in first gear when on the rear stand . Was all fine on the old lever, tried backing off the spherical nut as per the other clutch thread and bleeding. No difference, wondering if anyone can offer any more advice before putting back the old lever... |

If it worked fine with the original lever and doesn't with the new then clearly the new lever is incorrect for the bike, backing off the spherical nut is not the solution ............... fitting a correct lever is |

Every bike I have had would turn the back wheel if it is on a stand and in gear with the clutch in, can you stop the wheel with just your hand? if so it is normal. |

Wot Stimbrell sez There's a certain degree of drag caused by the oil in the clutch pack. If you can stop it by hand, I wouldn't worry. |
