About five minutes into my ride, I noticed this strange clicking/knocking noise. I pulled the clutch in then it would decrease I in noise so this has me thinking it's in the motor somewhere and not the primary. First time I have heard it. Any ideas?
Thanks
Dan

I just bought the primary gasket, I haven't been in the primary before. Haven't touched the grenade plate.

Just replaced primary gasket last night. Going to adjust primary chain tonight, pretty easy to do? I can do that through the inspection window/area correct?

Yup the little two bolt window is good for that.
Adjust to the loose side of the spec when the engine is cold.

Don't forget to check for a loose nut behind the handlebars.

remember when adjusting the primary chain that it is total slack up and down, not just slack one way.
