Hi Everybody new to the site here, and I'm excited to post the chart of this exhaust as I can't find it anywhere, I think most people just use the race ecm.

So I have a 2005 xb12s lightning with:

2007 firebolt xb12r engine
Open air box mod
Magnaflow 11148 or the GB exhaust
custom fab muffler mount (no stock rear muffler mounts for sale in the entire country)
And finally the custom dyno tuned ECM
Well for some reason I cant get the jpg to upload so here are the numbers for now

Magnaflow before tune: 90.03 max power 73.77 max torque
After Dyno Tune by Gateway HD in St.louis: 98.77 Max Power 82.47 max torque
Thats pretty impressive considering fellow Buell Rider that works at Gateway had the buell race kit and got 91 hp

Interesting. Never actually saw the numbers posted for this yet. What did it make in stock trim?

Is this what you meant for the muffler mount? Similar or totally different?

Never had stock on the bike since i bought it used. But i believe its around 87. And the muffler mount u have is much nicer.

I do mine a little different than GB does his. I know mine sit back a little more because of the way I make the downpipe off the headers. The rear muffler mount is the stock piece, although I have a tab welded on the custom pipes I make that uses the same bolts but keeps the original aluminum part.

Who did the tuning? Marion or someone else? If you want, send me the pics via email, I'll be happy to post them up for you.

I think we can get at least 100hp out of this exhaust, I put an air scoop on the actual air box and it opened up even more! Wish I did that before I had it tuned.

Do you have the dyno jet print out with the AF ratio as well?
