Pretty sure this might be up there with the holy grail - seems a lot of folks were looking for one of these with the header, muffler and all mounting hardware. Good news, I've got you covered. Full Buell Race Exhaust (header and muffler) for 1999-2002 models. This has the O2 sensor bung for fuel injected models, but can easily be plugged to work with carb'd bikes as well. I also have ALL of the mounting hardware, including the elusive race header shoe. You may want to use new strap clamps and manifold clamp keepers. As you can see in the photos, everything is in good used condition. This was on my 2002 S3T when I bought it used, but I'm assuming it was on the bike since it was new, so right around 20kmi on the exhaust. The packing seems good in the muffler (the core isn't sliding around), I replaced it about 12kmi ago. I gave everything a good scrubbing - you can see there are marks here and there consistent with a 10+ year old exhaust system, but there are no dents or big scratches anywhere. I don't recall seeing one of these for sale all complete like this before, so this may be a pretty rare opportunity. I'm looking for $650 o.b.o. shipped anywhere in the lower 48 states. I will ship worldwide, but will need to figure out exact shipping charges for you location.

Dibs work as long as you get in touch with me in a reasonable amount of time. |

Unless you hammer it and beat a huge dent into it, no. This is the under the frame header. |

I had the suspicion it wouldn't fit an s1. (mine is also a carb'd s1). |

Will this fit a 99 X1? With a Supertrapp slip-on? I only need the header. |

The Supertrapp will not work without extensive modification. Yes it will fit a 99 X1, it even has the O2 bung on the rear header pipe.. |

Blake, of course all s1's were carbureted. I suppose we were trying to imply that it would not fit an s1 without extensive mods. The header won't clear the frame. |
