Longer travel suspension works wonders on potholes, railroad crossings and such. Plus it has a tighter turning radius. I plan on going taller on the 1125cr that I just bought. By the way, with the SS seat that is pictured, I have both feet on the ground with my heels up about an inch. I am 5'11" with a 31" inseam. Or, would you be interested if it had XT suspension bits? I have a buddy that wants the long legs on his XT. Set up like that it would essentially be a Lightning Long with Uly peg brackets and a Uly flyscreen. Bob   Swamp2 Posted on Monday, July 30, 2012 - 10:27 pm:        Hi, I have a "pretty much all stock" 2009 XB12Ss in translucent red - only mod is the big right side scoop. Purchased new in Feb 2010. Pretty minty condition. Took off the reflectors and passenger pegs but still have 'em. I think it has around 1500 miles. I'm thinking of selling it as I just picked up a XB9R and the XB12 has very similar ergos to my 1125CR so in terms of a riding pick it's a little redundant. The XB9R is quite different. Anyway, probably want to get in the low 6's for it... PM if interested...
