Fortunately/unfortunately I was able to discover a wiring problem that solved my electrical problems prior to installation. These parts came from a running bike with about 9,000 miles on them. I was told they are in good working order and if not I will certainly accept a return. I am asking $120.00 shipped for the VR and stator set. Additionally, I have a few XB parts for sale off of my 2005 XB12S that I need to move: 1. left OEM mirror (few small scratches) $15.00 2. OEM air filter (like new or new) $15.00 3. set of front brake bolts (used with no springs) $5.00 4. OEM silver brake and clutch levers (scrape on end of lever) $20.00 I will sell the whole lot for $160.00 shipped within US. PayPal works best as a "gift". I may also entertain trades for XB parts that fit my bike (including but not limited to a right side scoop, headlight guard, white flyscreen, aftermarket turn signals, or smoke/dark rear tail light lens, inspection cover bolts/gasket, etc.). IS it for a xb 9 or 12, I take it the sprocket is still attached and what year? A new VR is $150 and Stator is $120...am I missing something? I appreciate the constructive criticism but please elaborate!
