I know this has probably been covered a million times over, but I wanted to ask anyway. Who here is running the Pirelli Angels? My reason for asking is because the Rosso Corsa I replaced it with was a pretty good tire. But after only a few miles, I noticed I didn't need to keep constant pressure on the bar to maintain my line. I only did the front tire, planning on swapping out the rear on Saturday after I hit up the 1/8th mile strip Friday night. It seems to me that the profile of the tire actually makes the steering much more neutral. What is the general consensus here? Just curious is all... |

I'm on my 3rd rear and 2nd front. First rear lasted 9k second lasted 4 months to the day unknown miles. First front was replaced way early due to hitting a rock in WV and cutting tread. I've also tracked them. I'm pretty slow so they were 'ok' no cold tearing no loss of traction. So yeah I like and reccomend them. |

If you ever want a racier tire with good milage, try the Pirelli Diablo Rosso II. Awesome handling and my rear gets about 4K miles (nearly twice that for the front). |

I just put Angels on my CR. Prior to that, the bike had PP2CTs on it. I don't have a ton of miles on the Angels yet, but so far, I definitely prefer them. And as a bonus, my speedometer isn't 10mph off at 80 anymore. |

What's up Dave! I also run angels on the r. def prefer them over bridgestone 16. but I did do a crazy drift when I was getting of an on ramp lol I would recommend specially since ur a good rider u like digging in to those turns. U will def get way more mileage than the corsa. Be safe out there tonight and show them what buells r all about! |

just a little update: i won all but 3 out of 15. mostly against a gsxr-1000 and zx14r. in defense of the rider of the zx, it was his first time at the drags. lost the first two because of horrible launches. think 2.2-4 60' times. as soon as i started launching better, 1.80-90 60', got better times. the third loss was due to the fact i didn't burn out, so i spun hard on the launch. averaged 7.22 pretty consistently. ran a best of 7.130 @ 106.63 with a 1.855 60' time. i was pretty happy overall. |
