I am selling my 2008 Buell Lightning XB12Ss 25th anniversary edition, in Cherry Bomb translucent red; asking $6500. I am the original owner and the bike only has 1960 miles. Shortly after getting it I moved and wasn't riding much. A more recent health issue has me not riding at all, and after a year of debating I've decided it doesn't make sense to hold on to it anymore. The bike is in great condition. The only cosmetic issue is the air cover. It was scratched up and damaged while OFF the bike, so I ended up modifying it a bit; - beveled symmetrical cuts in the front where it had been cracked (you can see both sides in the pictures) - Buell stickers on either side (you can also see in the pictures) While I think it came out pretty well, you can pick up a new air cover on eBay for $100-200 if you want. The only aftermarket items on the bike are the bar-end mirrors. The original stock mirrors will come with the bike as well. If you are interested, I will also include my two piece motorcycle stands and a cover for the bike.
