I hate to just put them on "tight".   Motorbike Posted on Saturday, March 24, 2012 - 11:39 pm:        From my 2008 XB Service Manual: Rear Rotor: 25-27 ft-lbs (34-37 Nm) Sprocket: 35-37 ft-lbs (48-50 Nm) Manual calls for new bolts on both sides. I replaced all of mine but I know some guys don't.
