I was going through some of the threads and I do not need a battery now just thought I would ask. I see the stock buell battery push's CCA 160 I was looking at the ballistic 4Cell Evo 2 and saw it push's 135 CCA Typical Applications: 600cc multi-cylinder racing motorcycles, 550cc and under multi-cylinder street motorcycles, 350cc and under single-cylinder, scooters and ATVs. I was wondering whats the least cranking CCA for a blast that can be run? |

The OEM battery used in the BLAST is also used in the H-D V-ROD ... So when you go to a HARLEY-DAVISDON STEALERSHIP to get a new battery for your BLAST that is what you get ... Having less Cold Cranking Amperies(CCA) is only a problem when it gets COLD and the battery will "NOT" RUN THE LIGHTS "AND" START YOUR ENGINE ... Ever notice when you start your car with the lights on as, you start the engine the lights go OUT, well that does not happen on your BLAST as you are running your lights as you start your engine ... Check out www.batteryplus.com NO MATTER WHAT BATTERY YOU CHOSE, YOU SHOULD KEEP IT ON A TRICKLE CHARGER AND IMHO THE BATTERY "PLUS" IS THE ONE TO BUY !!! |
