All XB brake lights are interchangeable. The 2010 has a LED brake light that would require some wire splicing to work.

What would the tag light need some modification as well?
what about the cr models?

I'm not sure about the tag light.

The XB and 1125R/CR are interchangeable as well.

There is a vendor here a the bike show here in md willing to sell me a new xb brake light and tag light for $65 brand new
good deal or not?

Seems like a good price. EBR sells LED take offs for $42. Not sure if it comes with tag light or not.
