Author Message   Haven564 Posted on Saturday, March 03, 2012 - 12:29 pm:        I was just getting my '00 X1 ready for riding. Was removing the 2 bolts that hold on the old L style front exhaust hanger. As I was loosening them I heard a loud "clank" and the bike lowered about an 1/2 inch! Was I not supposed to do that? I had the bike supported by a rear stand. It did not sound right.
