http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/motorbikes/motorbi kes/sports/auction-420243390.htm Hello everyone. I fancy a late model M2, but all tubers intrigue me, and I would be happy to own any model of one. Does this look worthy of serious investigation? Any comments would be appreciated. Scarcity of S2 parts is my main concern. Thank you, Gary |

Looks good to me... price is about right for NZ.... depending on the "rebuild" and who did it and what was done. I would be after it myself if I had spare cash as a dayly rider! Parts are OK as long as you don't crash it!! Another one went for about 4500 a while ago. Regards Gavin 1990 RS1200 |

The PM wheels were an option on the bike, ask if he has stock carbon fiber aircleaner cover and the matching CF lower belt guard. He has cut the rear area at license plate as well. And swingarm is now black. Remember,it is just a Sportster motor so all that stuff is available, all switch gear is Sportster as well. |

Nice bike. I like the blacked out frame and bodywork. |

Do they still have the signature series documents and ignition cover? |

Thanks for your comments. In the end I watched but left this one alone, not sure whether it sold. I'll continue to visit this site and learn. I will own the 'right one' someday. Regards, Gary |
