Is it possible to narrow down the build dates and maybe who built and tested them, from the chassis numbers?   Court Posted on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 - 05:12 pm:        Yes. It is possible to tell EVERYTHING including the sequence that each and every fastener was installed, the number of degrees of rotation to initial torque, final torque, the bike that was built before and after yours and about anything that would ever be needed.
