How hard is this conversion to swap a firebolt front to a lightning?

not terrible, both can be swapped, id just like to toss a firebolt front fairing on my 9s

Going from a Lightning to Firebolt isn't hard at all. Just need to swap the fairing stay and wire in headlight harness.

Going from a Firebolt to Lightning is a bit more challenging due to the fact that the ECM needs to be relocated.

The Firebolt ECM is behind the front fairing and on the Lightning it is under the seat.
