So when you turn the key and engine switch on does the fuel pump prime? Does the check engine light come on then go off?

no.... it does not prime... or run , checking the power both sides (power and ground ) show power , less on the ground side , If i check it straight from a battery it runs with power/ ground .. there is no check engine light showing .

Turn the key on, when you flip the kill switch from stop to run, does the check engine light come on for a few seconds? If not, the ECM is not powering up, and as result it isn't telling the fuel pump to activate.

Check to make sure the ECM is getting power. Pins 1 and 2.

The bank angle sensor could also be bad or stuck or just not installed properly. You can check it by measuring the resistance between pins 1 and 3 on the sensor itself. If its high than 1 megaohm its bad.

Also check the voltage on pins 5 and 6 on the BAS connector.

Just to make sure you checked on the black connector?

Did you check the ignition fuse?
