Hey guys, I purchased the HD coolant (99822-02) to top off my coolant overflow. As I pured it in I noticed that it is orange while I clearly remembered the weep hole having a green drop on it. I opened the radiator cap and what do you know....the existing coolant in there is green ! Was the bike preped with the wrong coolant ? I assume that I have to drain the overflow so that they don't mix right? |

Most coolants now-a-days are compatible with each other. It should not matter the color. In fact it should state on the bottle if it is or isn't. |

Most new coolants "dont care" just check the label as suggested above, Odd though my bike was properly prepped by a top notch dealer, the coolant was pink, If in doubt change it out, be sure to use ready mixed coolant, or make your own using Distilled water, no minerals the OM says use "Use Deionized water" |
