ooops my bad he ran 143 MPH. Power to weight Mike has Joe's 9.10 covered. Theoretically Joe on Mikes bike would net better numbers than a 9.10. The 50 pounds Mike carries in weight has to be worth .02. None the less, good job guys. |

The weather is getting to cool in his region, traction will be an issue causing him to have to launch softer.... IMO. |

Although my bike and Mikes bike are the same we have both gone down different roads with set ups with length ,tune ,etc and for Mike to run his numbers with his weight is amazing he has a 10th on me in the 60ft he launches his bike at 10 k me at 5k so we even ride differently but at the end of the day we both ride buells and hopefully be running 8 seconds next year and beat a few rice burners on the way |

Well done on the 1.38 60ft Mike.Great 1/8 but looks like Joe makes it all back up and some in the 2nd 1/8th. More development on the ramair? Congrats to Joe for being the quickest in 2011 and both of our tracks go uphill! lol |

Congrats to Mike! I did some testing a few times at the end of the season with him, and his bike just kept going quicker every weekend. Bummer he hit the rev limiter in the traps on the 9.12 pass. He will come out swinging next year with a 12??cc, 8 second bike. Need to thank Mike and Wes Orloff for taking this bike for some passes too. Not seen is the Erik Buell Racing pump gas, stock rod, 1190cc big bore kit soon to be released. Wes layed down a wheelie limited 10.09@140 pass. Pretty good for a 200lb rider and stock wheel base. The MPH shows it makes great power. Here's Mike in the saddle on a run. Should run 9.80's if we could get it passed the 330 mark. A strapped and lowered stocker, right down to the license plate, and CR gearing, albeit chain drive.

short times when i rode it were pretty poor....on the 10.08 run 60ft was a 1.660 I believe. Its a wheelie machine, thats for sure. It was a struggle to get below a 1.690 60ft. (prepare for racer excuses) It was pretty cold, the track wasn't in the best of shape, I wasn't used to a hydraulic clutch, the rider is fat, blah, blah, blah....I think if we can get a number of passes on it and get a better feel of the clutch it will go nines no problemo... And a huge, huge thanks to EBR/Michael Richter for the opportunity to ride it! WFO |

Some really sweet news! Sounds like the cure to my poor backhalf numbers - now if I can just hit the lottery |
