I have a 08 1125 and have found an 09 Buell racing ecu, barkers and k&n. First question will the 09 ecu run my bike? If not how much is the reflash at eb racing? Does the k&n require tuning? Will the 09 exhaust fit my 08? Pretty sure it will thought I would ask the experts! Thanks badweb! |

I think it's all plug and play, not really any difference between 08-09 except the injectors, and they're a straight swap. Pop it all on the bike and go ride. A reflash is about $40 I think, but as long as that ECM is for the barkers then no need. |

The injectors are different between am '08 and '09 so a reflash would probably be required not sure on price since eebbrr just raised there prices on ecm's. No adjustment necessary for the K&N. And the exhaust should fit no problem just mount it loose till everything is mounted then tighten everything up |

doesnt need a reflash for injectors, they are a straight swap, no parameters need to be changed on the ECM. |

Erik Buell Racing uses the same programming for both 08 and 09 bikes. |

The only difference is the gearing for the R vs the CR gearing. |

Heinriech, Don't go this way. Different Injectors and different calibration. |
