I don't understand.....why would you pay that kind of price as opposed to having a brace welded in for peanuts and then paint it to match the frame. |

It was addressed by adding it in on the later tube frames as an additional tube. Just a product improvement - no big deal. I'll bet I wouldn't be able to feel the difference; I don't ride that hard. |

Welding one in would require paint or powder coat. Bolting one in would be easier. Also, I believe that some would do it for the bling factor. |
