reluctant to sell, but looks like I have to. 1999 purchased at Lancaster Harley in PA. Original Owner, mileage is under 12K located East End of Long Island. Scale of one to ten, for a 12 year old bike, 8 oil change twice a year, always Harley 20w-50 and harley oil filter first the good. all this brand new stuff was installed last year, then a 5 mile test ride. then put it away for the winter. brand new shock (14") brand new forks (OEM). brand new Bridgestone BT-023's, brand new rear wheel, bearings, spacer brand new brake master cylinder brand new plugs and wires from Al at American Sportbike KandN air filter, Vance and Hines SSR2 exhaust and Jet Kit Brand new brake pads front and rear (From American Sportbike) Brand new rear wave rotor (again from Al at American Sportbike) brand new seat (from a 2001, its softer than the 99) with very very small tear on left side, not visible unless you turn it over whats still original: motor, wiring, frame, rear, tank, belt, and most of the bike for that matter whats different: carbon fiber fairing, billet dash made by buell to hold the tachometer (included) billet front pegs Whats wrong with it: carb leaked this year, first time I took it out. didn't look at it yet. rear brake line is clogged, needs cleaned and refilled small oil leak under motor, coming from the oil pump. bad gasket? loose hose? front caliper, I stripped the head of that little bolt that holds the spring behind the pads. ARGHH! kickstand safety - I have a replacement, just didn't get to install yet. (it will only start and idle with kick stand up.) I've got $2500 recent investments (all the new stuff) Don't know what its worth to you, so message me for further details. Pictures will soon follow.
