Will these work ok on my 1125R?

(from kurveygirl)

I know there are two diameter 8.3mm and 11.3mm - the 8.3mm are supposed to fit... anyone run them and they work OK?

I like that they would be easier to fill and check... any negative you guys can think of?

I'm getting tires swapped in the next week or so, so want to know if i should order and get them swapped at the same time.

There's some on the no-mar changer site that work.

I have a pair of angled stems that came with my tire pressure monitoring system. The ones that came with it don't fit the Buell rim as the elbow angle was too steep and I couldn't make it all the way through the hole.

I don't know if the ones you pictured will work. I ended up getting a different nozzle for my air pump that gives a good angle for getting between the spokes and rotors.

bummer! was getting black (no blink necessary)...

Jdugger- the simple angled tube ones?

or "fancy"'er ones:

Froggy - which monitoring system did you use? And they came with angled stems that didn't work? : (

any idea what length they need to be to fit? I could at least call and ask that way vs getting ones i can't use...

thanks!

I use this http://www.doranmfg.com/motorcycle-tire-pressure-m onitoring-systems.htm

I don't see any good pics on their site of the angled stems, but if you look at your rims, you will see the stem mount isn't flush, it is raised a bit. This slight raise made it so the bent stems couldn't fit through where the bend is. I still needed to change stems due to the ZTL caliper getting in the way, so I used the straight stems it also came with.
