I'm sure glad I have two other bikes, because the CR has not been the model of reliability (yet)... However, I do think that once they get this stator issue sorted, then it'll last a while, but in the meantime it's driving me crazy.

I Have the EXACT same problem to a "T" (this time).
I have my Mosfet on the way and sending off my extra Stator to CustomRewind this week.
Would really be interested to find out what exactly was replaced on your bike. |

From what I understand,
On the charging system harness update, the relay on this harness went bad. I was told the tech had to replace the hole harness due to the fact you couldn't order just that relay. |

Did pulling the harness update help with your charging issue? |

when i went to pull, i noticed that the relay on the end of the harness wasn't seated very well, so i re-seated it to give that a try for the day and...
YES it did charge "better" i never seen below 12.1 even at the longest stoplights with a CT of @190
(so fans were obviously givin' it hell).
I got my Mosfet in today and am sending out my spare stator to CustomRewind tomorrow (yea that's right, I said spare stator).
I probably will not pull the harness now as to make sure i don't fry the stator in my bike while awaiting my rewind...
