dwight, that is a great pic!
mark, and all; the new housing roads are at fort hugger, right close to my job. it can make for a long ride home ...
it also would make the surry loop a bit longer, but i think it would be a worthy addition. that is until all the houses are built and kids and soccer balls fill the streets.
for now it is basically deserted |

I know what you mean and there are a lot of buellers in the area that i had no clue where here. I do have a Buellxb account but i have now clue what my screen name nor what my password is I will find it out though. Also i was thinking about leaving saturday at around like 1 or 2 so we can get there when it is still light outside. let me know when you want to get together and pack everything up. I am available any time in the afternoon. |

I've been meaning to get a buellxb account, I've been on there looking for parts... speaking of parts, hero blue fly screen and lower fender are on the way, giving the STT a new look. I'm still keeping the duckbill though. lol |

sunset has been about 730. so we should be gone by 3 at the latest.

found out my password for buellxb and have been checking their site out more and more less politics on that side I here ya about not leaving badweb same here just like checking both out.
Ok so that time should be good then, I still have to go get a little propane grill and some food, I am going to bring sausage hotdogs and pre made hamburgers and water maybe some eggs for the morning and a little but of milk we can keep it in the trunk slash cooler in the bed of the trunk. I will bring my little tent as well the weather is going to be good for the track I am getting so excited we will have a blast ( no pun intended). 3 days and counting. |

that was a fun little ride toady! thank you Jon, for leading. i actually forgot all about that road down to Knotts Island Ferry. ... what was the name of it ?
i think me and dwight both managed to piss off our wives. but making up is the best part of it
as far as the ECMspy thing we spoke of, i dunno when would be good for both of us;
i gots a good-bye party tomorrow night, and stuff to do wed night.
i really like picking up my daughter from school (3 pm)on the bike, and she does too. |

And for the wives blame it on the new guy being late. My bad! Beers on me next time.
I think princess Anne turns into knots island road. Not really sure. Next time we should pop out on Battlefield stop at old woodsy grab a beer and some wings.
Matt for the ECM whenever your ready come on by. Anybody else who wants can come tinker around a bit also although I think the majority of you guys have 08 and up. It's really a pretty quick process. |

cool. i'll let you know what/when i can swing out your way. ... don't hold your breath
and like dwight said, take some sandpaper to your rotor. ... and maybe flip your pads too.
the pulsing is not likely due to a truly 'warped' rotor.
the 6-piston stock pads are notorious for leaving depisits on teh rotor, leaving an uneven friction surface.
yours looks like it is pitted in some spots. i'd say from being left out in the VB rain. the water/salt mix was held on the rotor at just the caliper, and left there to eat away |

For the rotor, use the green dish scrubber. thats what i used on mine and brake cleaner (can spray) did that a few times and the pulsing went away..also check and make sure there is alittle play where the rotor is attached to the rim, you just making sure the spring is able to move. hope this helps some. |

Yeah that is what i was talking about but black pen stripe instead of blue it does look very goos like that and I am going to put some numbers on it as well you know since it is a weekend track bike as well. |

I am down for a ride what time and where we meeting up at we can meet at the wawa right off the highway on independence right by the car wash. What are we wearing leathers or jeans just want to know before i come under dressed. I got to test ride a 09 CBR1000RR today and I have to say man all the reviews i read and actually getting to ride it made me realize just why it has won superbike of the year 3 yrs in a row really an amazing bike so smooth, comfortable, light, lots of power, and honestly I think i looks sexy. I have videos of riding it will post them up soon looking forward to the ride tomorrow. |
