2003 XB9S in Pittsburgh PA, 8668 miles but they'll probably go up slightly until I find something new. I'm not sure what the plan is yet. I'm ready for the bike to move on so I can try something new, but I haven't found a new bike yet and don't want to be bikeless in the middle of summer. I'm looking to replace it with a supermoto so I figured I'd see if anyone had anything they were interested in trading. Looking for pretty much anything other than a drz or a wr250x. Ideally I'd love to find a converted yamaha wr450, but I'd be happy with a Husky sm510/450, KTM 625, converted crf450x, anything along those lines. I'd also consider a trade for something similar in dual sport trim, plus a little cash and I could convert it myself as long as it had a street legal title and I don't have to do anything more than buy some wheels and change the brakes/gearing. As far as highway/straight line and 2-up riding, I eventually planned on finding another sportbike to turn into a streetfighter. I'd potentially be interested in a trade +cash if you have a rashed and beat up gsxr 750 or other japanese 1000cc I4 as long as it's not destroyed. The bike is in fantastic shape, It's stock with the addition of the frame pucks, airbox buckle guard, newer airbox decals, new grips, and some Ngk iridium plugs. I'll give you the stock plugs but I'm not looking to dig the current ones out haha. Never been down, dropped, anything. I'm the 2nd owner. I bought it with 3200 miles on it, it belonged to some guy's wife and she barely rode it. Never had any issues with it, it runs great, tires have plenty of life(Pirelli Angels). I just put a brand new front rotor on it. The original was slightly warped. It was barely noticeable and I rode it that way since I got it, you could just feel it pulsing slightly when you'd brake with 1 finger going 3mph in traffic, but it's smooth as can be now. The only thing wrong with the bike is a little mark in the airbox cover that happened when I was replacing the decals. I put tape around 2 edges so when I pulled the old stickers off I could get the new ones straight. When I pulled the tape off it pulled a little bit of the plastic with it. might be able to be wet sanded and buffed out, but I'm not good with that stuff and didn't want to make it worse. You can see what I'm talking about in the last picture above the "ell" in the logo. If I don't find any trades it'll eventually be for sale, I'll probably list it for $4000, but I want to give myself a little more time to find another bike first. Always kept indoors(no spiders!). It'll be due for another oil change at 9k miles, but any time I've bought a used bike I never trusted people who said the oil was just changed and always end up changing it myself anyway. I still planned on buying the oil and already have a filter, and I'll give you the oil and the option to change it yourself so you KNOW it was done, or else I have absolutely not problem changing it first, I just didn't want you to waste an extra $70 on oil and a filter after I just did it. Also, fresh inspection as of May so nothing to worry about for another 11 months. On to the pictures! I tried to upload them, but they're too big.
