My 09-CR is almost finished (got rear ended) and sitting at the dealer, waiting for white radiator shrouds and intake cover. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Chris | ||

I would get the bike out and ride it while waiting for the plastics. Seems like a waste of time sitting in the shop--unless you live in a part of the country where it's not riding season quite yet. | ||

there isnt much to do about it. they are readily available, but have a lead time of 21 days before they will be shipped out to your dealer from the time they got ordered. unless they told you they couldnt order them... then they are wrong, but if they are ordered and your just waiting, well that thats just how it goes. how long have you been waiting on the bodywork? | ||

Bodywork usually has long lead time, but I was just able to order a hero blue Ulysses flyscreen without any delay. I've noticed that if the bodywork isn't current, like a 2010 part in our case, you are more likely to have a delay. If you wanted something like a Battle Blue tail section which was only on the 2003 Firebolt, you might as well knock up your wife and see which gets delivered first. | ||
