I also did the plug wire switch so I have both beams on when in high. I also wrapped the ballasts in foam due to the lack of a good mounting point. I think that the foam should dampen vibration and keep the balasts from any impacts/vibrations inside the flyscreen.   Scooter1001 Posted on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 - 09:51 am:        Augustus, it's been several months since you posted this. How is the Sportiva kit holding up? I just started shopping for a HID kit and came across your post. I'll be installing on an '09 XB12XT. Would like to hear your comments. The $55 price seems low compared to others.
