Thanks to a very gracious gentleman who frequents this bulletin board I now have completed a trade for YELLOW PLASTIC !!! My GOLDWING is YELLOW and we get so many compliments on it ... visible in traffic, pretty, cheery, ... http://soliddesign.net/~tom/Trip%20to%20Maine/targ et6.html ... now after an even up trade, I have a yellow BLAST! to match .... pictures are coming ... |

Yep, yeller is sweller Well, actually I still prefer black, but 3 months out of work and $60k (and counting) later, I decided to go to my second Blast colour choice of yellow after seeing how my friends yellow BMW really stood out in traffic. It also made the raceBlast much easier to see from across the track. Glad the trade worked out. "Insert thumbs up emoticon here" |

Did you buy the yellow jump suit in the window to go with it? LOL! Kinda having a flashback to the fifties. Is the whole main street like that? |

I know this thread is pretty dead, but browsing through and saw the discussion on yellow and trying for a look that makes it easier for people to see you interests me. Mainly because I will probably be doing a lot of driving home from work in the dark. Found and interesting yellow bike out there that seemed to take it a step beyond the standard yellow plastics. http://p1.bikepics.com/pics/2009/09/17/bikepics-1782527-800.jpg (Message edited by johnk on July 06, 2011) |

Yep, very nice. I think some of the nicest customs I've seen are yellow and that one looks good and could pass for stock. I like the subtle approach (even though yellow isnt subtle). |

I wonder where he got the yellow intake parts... Kind of nice flow to the whole bike. Anyone seen yellow seats? That black seat is HOTTT!!! Made the mistake of jumping on it yesterday with shorts on. Plus the 01 black seat really isn't black anymore due to sun. :-) |

Yellow parts are painted. Corbin will make you a seat in any colour you want! |
