By the way Brad(Af226) I would NOT paint those plastics. The white stripe sets are a lot harder to find. Find another color or find a scratched up set to paint. Just my opiniom. At one time i had 3 sets for my x-1. Yellow, black and red. |

No, I've got a second set of faded blue plastics that I got from a fellow BWB'er a few years ago. I have a guy at work that sprays helicopters, just have to get the supplies and ta da!! Denim Black! The red and white will go into storage for later use or if I ever sell...i also got a set of graphite color rims a few years ago so the white rims will end up in storage as well. Thanks. |

I just had my Corbin recovered by Corbin, do you think it should be worn out with ONLY a little over 60K miles ? |

Tell us about your experience working with Corbin on the recover. I've heard stories that made it sound like a referb was more trouble than it's worth. |

The biggest problem was how long it took, but since I was still recovering from injuries the result hitting a guy running a red light it was not a big problem. Corbin apparently works with a very limited workforce during the winter and does not do a good job coordinating the process. The person (only one?) cuts out the pieces works only one or two days a week and the persons that sews them other days. The trick I found was give them close to their estimated time and then find someone that will follow up. I ended up working through their manager in their Florida operation. |

Sorry to hear of your accident. I hope you are able to have a complete recovery. I really like my Corbin seat. I guess they are running a slim operation but they are in big demand still. Can't blame them for that in this environment. |
