Does any one use this type of Buell kit or can comment on its utility for carrying around?

Looks to be a good kit, a multi tool is always useful, and a few extra bits for the kit. T27,1/4"hex bit,#2phil., and small adjustable wrench. I also carry a small role of elect. tape and plumbers, and the mini size quick jbweld kit. Thats the commute set, the traveling tool set is also a tire repair&inflate kit, a larger bit selection, a few specific parts and bolts - boot, air filter, if real long distance - a belt as well, etc. - lol - I'm that way - came in handy a few times though, and helped me not miss work - most the time its just a small adjustment type thing.

They had those on sale at that very same H-D(spit) dealer for $29 a couple of months ago.

Go to Harbor Freight and buy what you need. The tools are all made in the same place, Bolly Wood, by a guy named Jtmrku or one of his skinny 8 year old relatives(sorry, it's been a long winter)

Almost everything you need can be found here:

If something isnt listed, then add to it. There isnt much you really need. Every time you work on your bike either make a list or put that tool aside for the tool kit. I used a 2 drawer tool box for the racetrack which fit virtually anything you would need to do a repair, including quite a few extras (tools and parts).

While that says "some sockets and wrenches..." BUT WHICH SIZES?If the bike was metric only, I'd take 6,8,10,12,14,15,17 but its not.... so Blasters what size bolts are on this thing?

Sorry, my bad. We've only listed everything to take apart the entire front end of the Blast, remove both wheels and do the primary adjustment. You'll need 3/16" allen for virtually every allen bolt on the engine, a T27 torx for almost every bolt holding the bodywork on and a T40 for the rear belt pulley (sprocket).
I'm pretty sure that covers about 85% (or more) of all the sizes you'll need to work on your Blast. You can choose what to take with you.

I could spend the rest of my afternoon verifying anything I might have left out...........or you could. : )
