I wanted a bolder tail light and brake light for the Blast! ... I got the HYPERLITES ... AWESOME !!! http://www.hyperlites.com/ When I found them at a Goldwing rally in Coldwater, Michigan last fall I could actually see them flash with my palms pressed tightly over my eyes !!! Better to be illegal and alive than legal and dead (run over). I have a great fear of getting "rear ended" ... I've never been to Commiefornia except to fly out to Viet Nam. Indiana cops don't know the laws ... I was once ticketed for running amber fog lights because it wasn't foggy at that particular time .... go figger ...  | ||

P.S. ... there is a special "California mode" built into the light control ... check with the manufacturer about legality ... My garden hose says it will cause cancer in California ... but it works just fine here in Indiana ...  | ||

The U32 kit gives you nice running / brake lights if you don't need more turn signal brightness. The Blast! (IMHO) has decent turn signals ... I just wanted more tail light and brake light. I also got the license plate bracket ... you could mount the lights on the BLAST with or without the bracket ... UNBELIEVABLY BRIGHT !!! ... in fact, I think you could actually hurt your vision while playing with the lights. In traffic they should be great !!! |
