Hello, When I read my AFR values of the autotune sensors the AFR values are different between front and rear cylinder. Front cylinder value are higher: about 0.5 to 1.5 higher Is it normal or Have I an air leak somewhere. I have already check exhaust and no air leak. If this difference is not normal, what could be the root cause? Spark issue? Valve clearance? Intake air leak (but no engine issue) Thank you for your help | ||

It's not unusual to see a difference between front & rear values. Check the AFV readings on ODIS and see if they have a corresponding difference.. | ||

I heard the autotune constantly seeks feedback from o2s. One minute it will run strong and the next its sluggish. Someone posted awhile back that when you feel the bike runs strong disconnect the autotune and disable your 02s. | ||

Ok the difference is mainly located below 5000 rpm and low charge Above it is quite consistent and reliable | ||

could be from the manufacturing tolerances of the injectors. | ||

From my experience, you use the auto tune to make the corrections that are needed, and then disable it, other wise it will hunt and keep making changes. Leaving the autotune on, never helped me... using it for a while and then disabling it did.. | ||

in fact once the main parameters (trim) have been found it only proposes very small changes (+/-1%) so seems ok |
