It's the stocker that's been extended 1" and braced by Revolution Performance. Let them know the application, belt or chain drive, and what combination of sprockets you run. Their usual setup didn't work out for me.
Thanks. I don't hear that often. Just yesterday a young lad on the rattiest Honda Nighthawk 750 I've ever seen of '82 vintage asked one of my coworkers if anyone actually rode my bike
He then asked me what it was...a dirtbike or sportbike...
Thanks. The carbon fiber sheet came from Sierra Composites. I used to get the stuff from Lockhart Phillips but they'd been out of the stuff for months. It was measured up, cut with a Dremel, and the edges sanded. I dropped a screwdriver on it after everything was done and that nick drives me nuts.
My second choice was a Trail Tech Vapor with the dashboard but I really wanted to go back to an analog style gauge after my long obsolete Dakota Digital bar graph tach got smashed in a highside last year.
Thanks. It is a lot of fun. It's also amusing how people are afraid to ride it...even those that ask end up backing down. The few who have loved it.
I have a little wild man who's tamed me some. I do carry about 10-15 extra pounds these days but the hands haven't changed any. The camera adds some weight, ya know?
Dude, your profile says you registered in 2003, but I'm digging in the archives for some pics of a aluminum tanked Buell and saw posts from you in July of '02.
