When I had the gearcase off, the cam gears were not lined up with timing marks. I installed them lining up timing marks like manual instructed. Now, the bike will not start. I am thinking that the cam position sensor may be off? EcmSpy.   Reepicheep Posted on Sunday, March 06, 2011 - 12:31 pm:        Turn on the ignition, and rotate the motor (just put the bike on a jack and rotate the wheel in gear). At TDC, when the cap position sensor triggers, you will hear the fuel pump cycle. Be careful with cam timing, I think there are a couple easy ways to get confused.
