I was thinking about tradeing in the 1125 for a xr1200 and decided to keep the Buell. Then the clutch started leaking again. Is there a reason for bikes popin leaks again? I probably had 20-30 miles on it from the last repair... Im mad |

Did you do the work yourself? I don't trust anyone to take the time I do working on my own motorcycle. I will only let a shop touch it if I don't have the tools or abilities. The clutch fix is easy. They could have been in a hurry and installed something wrong. |

Easy to do half the fix, i.e., slave cylinder, o-rings, pressure ring and still have damaged sleeve so that it starts to leak again. Make sure they inspect the sleeve and you look too. Scratches are easy to miss and they may have tried to buff them out or ignored them. If scratched, new sleeve needed and clutch cover off (more work, time, money). |

A new sleeve should be installed anyway, if they order the correct kit. Some dealers have opted to just replace the o-rings, which doesn't work. |
