A lot of pictures floating around for slip on pipes. So I thought I would share pictures of my full system.

It was a pain to install but looks killer IMO. Its also loud but no wheres near how loud my D&D was.

I hope so. These last few weeks have been a drag

Hmm, one of these days.... RT-5 or 6 maybe?
I do like that small oval shell on it, but I think the merge is in the wrong place. Very long primaries before the merge. I'll have to do some investigating.

Dean, if you make a full system, I am soo in! Until then, I am saving my pennies and the FMF is in my sights.

One thing I noticed is that the bend most forward is kinda similar in shape to the Barkers with a straight run back to the merge then the can. I am thinking they put some thought into that.

Did you notice a real difference in power from the slip on to the full exhaust?

Its too early to tell. Its been raining almost non stop for the last month so I have only been able to take it out in between rain showers on wet roads. But I did notice that it was smoother all the way down to 2500 rpm.

No. I am running the stock ECM tuned using Tuner Pro 5. It is running real smooth with no popping surging etc. I plan on taking it back to the Dyno to verify my AFR because I started with my tuned D&D exhaust settings that I have since tweaked for this pipe. Really all I did was add more fuel until I can get to the Dyno.

I might also look at learning to use tunerpro for data logging but right now I am more comfortable using dyno results.

If I don't get satisfactory results on my own I may seek the advice of Latus race team since they raced this pipe on their bikes and local to me.

Looks good Aron, can't wait to learn of your experiences with dialing the exhaust in.

Thanks T_man! I have already made some tweaks to get rid of flat spot. Man this system pulls hard and smooth.

Been data logging with TunerPro5 and this new pipe and headers just screams.

When I first put it on I had a flat spot between 4.5K - 6K rpm if applying more then half throttle. After about 1.5 hours of logging and adjusting the maps its all gone.

I can even power wheelie in second now. Granted its not a huge wheelie but its lift off which is more then I could before.

Now working on the 7K -11k data. Once done I will do a Dyno just to see how it compares to my D&D and Stock pipe plots.

Any one else data logging with Tuner pro?

Xbswede, regarding the power wheelie in second, did you try in stock form ? Mine will pop up nicely in 2nd, and with a good tug n wrist twist it will go in 3rd but better with a flick of clutch.

Yeah I did try on the stock and it would not come up. Now it will when waxking the throttle at 30 MPH in second with my heavy 250 lbs ontop of it.

I can loop mine in 2nd with the FMF slip on, Erik Buell Racing tuned ECM and open air box (ughh oh... not the air box)

thats what the back brake is for!

250lbs is a tad more than I weight, 180lb so fair point.

This is a great looking exhaust, i like the free spirits, but can't justify the cost of aftermarket cans !

Xbswede- my D&D has been replaced too. Noise to power increase ratio wasn't worth it (for my ears). Just ordered a Barkers yesterday, with an EBaR specific next on my list. Nice looking system you have there!

Bott I thought it was too loud as well. So I went back to stock but was not happy. So when this incredible deal came by for the FMF system I jumped on it. So far I am real happy. Still loud but but a few levels below the D&D.

Runs much stronger especially on the top end. Still need to get it to a dyno to verify after my adjustments.

When you say it was a pain to install, could you explain exactly what is the difficulty in installing a full exhaust system.
Thanks.

I was able to remove the stock rear header without too much issues. It just took some creativity to reach a few of the nuts. Then the stock header came right out

However the new Rear is much bigger in diameter and I could not get it to go in without rotating the motor.

So i ended up doing a valve inspection while it was all apart.

In reality it was not difficult it was more of an issue of how much time it took.

Easiest way to access the rear header is to remove the swing arm...
